The story of By Heart's beginning is a familiar one; four high school friends decided that they wanted to start a band. Although we started playing together in 1995, it was not until a couple of years later that we became more serious about our future as a group. We could think of no better way to spread our music and gain experience than to play on the streets of our hometown of Stockholm. Every weekend, we would set up our equipment and perform in areas of the city where we were sure to attract a crowd.
