In July of 2008, dMb moved to a new moniker, known as Spinning Voices, to distinguish his older work from his new work with more refined sound. dMb began as the brainchild of 14-year-old Minnesota native David Boeser back in 2003. Armed only with his Casio SK-1 and Sound Recorder, he slapped together 8 minutes of material and released it under the name "Keyboard Songz." After 3 years of obtaining more musical equipment to experiment with, he came back to the scene as a 16-year-old high school junior with a bit more of a musical grounding.
