Roxy aka Noel Smith part of the `ghost crew`founded and headed by the EL-B (Groove chronicles). Roxy established himself in the scene. 2- Roxy was a band on the Elektra label whose only record was released in 1970. Formed by Bob Segarini and Randy Bishop, the band recorded their sole album in Los Angeles. Following a series of tours, the group disbanded and the two main songwriters went on to form The Wackers.
